I promised to tell you about THREE events coming up that I’m very excited about!! I was honoured to be asked to be part of these happenings and so I hope you can come and join the party with me too. Brilliant beers at all 3 events – 3 new ones (including one I had a hand in brewing!!) and, for the Birmingham event, 5 beers that are already on the market but vary very differently in flavour.  So here are the deets….

a) on Monday 27th February at The Mudlark in SE1  (near London Bridge) I’ll be helping Nicholson’s Pubs launch two new beers – the first is the winner of the Thornbridge/Nicholson’s Homebrew Competition! I was lucky enough to be a judge last year! b) on Tuesday 6th March at Tap East in Westfield Stratford  6.30pm for 7pm me , my gorgeous friends, Jane Peyton and Shea Luke and fabulous brewster Sara Barton will be launching our first professional brew, Chocolate Cyn. You MUST come and join us to try the beer, have a natter and enjoy the surroundings of one of the coolest bars in the East London. We had a terrific brew day so come and join our shock/horror/happiness at the final results  630 for 7pm! It’s free to enter but obviously you’ll pay for as much of our lovely beer as lasts the night. c) And  - if you’re a chick – join me, Paul Halsey (MD of Purity Ales) and Paul Corbett (from Charles Faram, The Hop Company) at Birmingham’s Malmaison Hotel on Thurs 29th March for a fantastic evening of beer-tasting and food munching.  From 630pm till 9pm, we’re hoping that some 150 of you will come and enjoy an educational, fun-filled networking event proving that beer truly is beautiful!! It’s £25 a ticket and for that you’ll get at least 5 beers and a small plate of food, which exquisitely matches each beer. A night to remember.
